The tractor came from the factory on gas and a local dealer changed it to propane, a family freind bought it in the late 50's as LP was not popular in these parts and the tractor had sat at the dealership for years, anyway the throttle lever broke at some point and he built a new one but cant recall what the original looked like however the base of it is still on it and appears to be aluminum
