Case/IH kit will cost around $50 give or take a little. A good aftermarket ket around $15-20. I get kits for them all the time and so far have had no problems rebuilting one. Rebiut carb from valuebilt is around $240 plus shipping but I would try to do it my self fisrt before going the buy a carb route. Shoot I could rebuild you a carb and it would cost less
