If the tires are decent on it and everything's there and functions ok, I'd say that price is very reasonable. The M's never came with a factory 3-point hitch. There are aftermarket 3point hitches available. Do a search for the Saginaw 3pt hitches. Don't remember for sure but I think they run about $700 or so.
