Yeah, but thats a H motor under the hood, (least on the outside) It had a good size stroker, IH pistons, and a cam. It would run 4th gear with 15.5 cut tires up to 4500lbs in 4-6 and 8 mph classes. For the money, Id modify the H block to match the newer tractors. With a little effort, you can put the 350 sleeves in the H block if you have the block bored to accept the sleeves, Have the sleeve flange cut to the H flange specs, and you have a 175 ci in H clothes,,,,,, Lots of options to choose,,, and still be able to run it all day long in the fields. SH cranks had larger journals, blocks were thicker casted in the bores, not as much as the 350 blocks, but more than the H block,,, cams had more lift and duration for more torque, cyl head was identical to the 350 heads, but used a 4 digit casting code (8043-DD) faster rpm in the governor, bigger carb and intake, bigger clutch, ya know,,, upgrades as they got newer. But, you can do alot with a H,,, depends on what you do with it. ChadS
