The tractor is an A not SUPER AND CAN HAVE 6 DIGIT SERIAL#. With the new tires and paint looks very nice and priced not too bad. One sold near here great shape and went for 4600. Remember you get what you pay for those for 1000 need everything. You can figure the new tires around 600 paint job would run another 1000 or so. Your business none of ours to say what you should pay.
