Since you have a machine shop at your disposal you can machine a puck to fit the inside diameter
of the sleeve and use 3/4 allthread to pull them or if you have a press in your shop you can press them out. Your ITT manual should be good enough.

You should have the block dipped or cooked and install new cam bearings. Measure the crankshaft
and checked for wear. You may need to take it to an auto machine shop if your shop can not do the grinding, if it needs it. Undersize bearings are available. Hal
