The weights are held by carriage bolts. The bolts go from the inside out, so that the square on the head of the carriage bolt fits into the square in the wheel.

The bolts are:

Left Hand Side:
4 - 5/8-11 NC x 3 1/2
4 - 5/8 Hex nut
4 - 5/8 split lock washer

Right Hand Side:
4 - 5/8-11 NC x 5 3/4 (you will probably only find 6")
4 - 5/8 Hex nut
4 - 5/8 split lock washer
