info on 140

I recently pruchased a farmall 140 with belly
mower. it had a dead battery, but jump started fine. i was wondering if this tractor was a positive or negative ground- not sure. the battery seems to drain within a week, and i thought the battery may be hooked up backwards since it was owned by a company and they had replaced it before the sale, maybe the guy did not hook it up correctly. the serial number is 26015, is there any place to get any info on this tractor from this. thanks for any help.
