I tried this yesterday on the tractor talk board. Will try this one today. The gear shift lever broke down inside the transmission of my '81 S-Series IH tractor hauler yesterday. It might be fixable, but would like to replace with one that is not broken. I've looked high and low and so far no go. This is out of a T699 IH five speed transmission. If you know of some salvage yards in your area that handles parts like this, or you have an old S-Series truck out in the back fourty that you would part out, please let me know. I've searched all the yards in my area and have searched the internet without any luck so far. My email is open so you can contact me directly.
