Walter: CNKS is correct, from 13.6 through to 15.5 there is little diameter change. You will find 16.6 are a big change, noticably increase your speeds and cut power. Great for flotation or clearence in hay windrows. I did this with 560D and 656D, I did notice the significant increase in speed. The 282 diesel handled the power issue quite well. I will admit the flotation and clearence was great. When I went to 16.9, I didn't refill with chloride, and found the 16.9 gave better traction in a field situation than 15.5 with chloride. On hard ground or roadways the 15.5 with chloride will do better. My tractors rarely ever pulled loads on roads or highways.
