My understanding is that the belt pulley gear box drives off the upper constant mesh gear. I can't see how a rebuilder could delete that. The tractor would have only two speeds; fifth high and low. That gear from the first M to the last 660 has 39 teeth. The belt pulley gearbox will fit all.
