There are two types of belly mowers that will fit the 140. At least there are from Woods. I think the L59 and the L503. Assuming yours is the standard config and not a Hi-Clear. Just ask the dealer. The PTO is off-set on the 140. Unless you have the 90 degree converter, you'll have to add this to the tractor , for the belly mower. This 90 converter was the same model that attached through the C/Super C's. Easy enough to install. Finish and/or pull behind and/or bush hog style. Differnt story and reference back to the PTO shaft position. Draw bar hitch or three-point? Do you have a draw bar on yours? That is the cheaper direction. A three-point conversion kit costs about $500. remember that you would have a very strange shaft that seems to me would have considerable danger associated with it due to the length, drop and universal joints. I know, stop the PTO and tractor when you're off, let no one near, etc., but that doesn't always work and is not always obeyed. Not sure it'll work. Haven't ever seen it or heard of anyone making it happen. Have spoke to others who have had the same thoughts. Think it over. Now go and do the right thing.
