Mmq, what William said to the tee, I used a small pipe wrench and the flange came off easily, didn't hurt anything, BUT, while you have the belly pan off and the Liftall out(if you have one) you may as well do both seals, they are not that costly and it may save you having to do the process all over again in the future...Mike in Exeter Ontario
