I agree! It seems like there are always fools out there with a lot
of money that drive prices up for the rest of us.
Take farmland, for instance. Tomorrow there is an auction for
387 acres of mostly prime farm land in 8 parcels. I"ve got my
letter of credit, but I am sure that those not making a living
farming will run the price up beyond what you can afford to pay
for farming land.
Yes, it"s a free country, but it"s also a short sighted and self
centered country, too.
