The easiest way is to purchase an IH conversion adaptor. I think they were produced in the aftermarket as well. I have two and they are both different. Mine have the large points so I am not sure if they were available for the C-sized points. I just finished adapting a Valby chipper to my 504 set up with a Fast Hitch. I drilled two IH points to accept the 3PTH lower pins. The top link is secured to a bracket I made for the back of the 504. Send me an email, I will take some pictures.
