Restoration Project

Hi,
I am starting a restoration project on my Farmall Super C. Last time it ran it would spit oil out through the valve cover vent, and the plugs would become fouled. It sat for two years in the woods. Plan on getting it into the garage tomorrow, if it will start. Plan on using this for my pulling tractor. All help will be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance.
