Chloride/Paint questions for International Model #

(1).I am painting a rear wheel rim on the 784 - what color do I use to match the original (factory) paint? (2). How much chloride would be recommended in the rear wheel on a tractor that I use with a 84" material handling bucket - this is a diesel 2wd with diff. lock. What if any issues might I incur if I tend towards the maximum amount of solution other than cost and fuel economy? I bought the tractor used and had to replace a leaking tire & rusted rim - will also be checking how much was in the good one and matching as I R&R the damaged tire/wheel.
