Well first off i would start with doing a clutch adjustment along with the dump valve and tranmission brake . Next i would check and make sure that there is no damage to the intire clutch linkage . Next check the cab mounts for any setteling . THEN i would get into the linkage and i am here to tell ya that they are a real apin in the donky to work on and you will learn new works to work by . First the seat must come out then the shift cover then ya can get to the shifter mech. and remove it from the tractor and get it on the bench to work on it one thing i learned along time ago is do not use oil or grease tryen to make it move more smoothly use graphit , oil or grease will trap dust and dirt and gum up the works.
