OT- Old diesel engine, id and info?

Hello, my apologies for a somewhat off topic post but I'm hoping you guys can help. Where I'm going to college someone brought in an injection pump off an old four cylinder marine diesel engine. He said he can't get the timing to come right on it. On the drive end of the pump there is a large centrifugal advance unit that appears to be the problem. The pump itself appears similar to a Simms unit. The engine was made by the Empresa Nacional De Autocamiones (or ENASA for short?) and is a "Motor Pegaso Marino". Any thoughts on finding info about this engine or the centrifugal advance unit? Many thanks, tractorsam
