Alright, alright. Generic does not work. Been there, done that. The piece has to be correct and it has to secure on the right side of the bolster because it will get in the way of the PTO linkage if it is "too long". Further, I refuse to "wobble" out that expensive bolster with a silly bolt. Also, I will not hang that heavy plow off of a soft home made tinker toy. :>( So, I'm 100 miles from the closest salvage yard (that could possibly "might" have one if we can find it), or a 115 miles from the closest dealer, who didn't stock it at all. Yes, a CAT II pin only cost $13; this big one must be in less demand or something because of it's size; I dunno. Anyway, a new one off the shelf, flown in from Kansas City in 18 hours and delivered to my door just seemed like the right choice at the time. :>( Allan
