You'er all going about it wrong. The first thing you need to do, is to fire up the old tractor, back up to the door and pulled the door off using the tractor. You can also use the tractor to clean up any debris. He uses chainsaw to square up the opening. Then go get your window, moving the window into place with the your tractor. Nail it up on the outside of the building, and just fill in underneath. Generally, five mil. plastic works good for a while. This should only take a couple hours. Then you have a few beers and think about the siding that yor will put on, after the plastic wears out. Good luck TV, I know what kind of a job you're in for, I did that kind work for 25 years. But they never let me use the tractor.
