To buy a M or an H?

H has 12 v, 3pt, straight sheetmetal, narow front, decent tires but needs a tube in 1 front,side belt and pto and can get for around $800 M has 6 volt. needs battery,belt on side and pto 2 point, (its 1940), ok tires, fires right up with a pull, narrow front. sheetmetal ok, dented on grill but all there, and has a scraper blade. can get for $1000 i wana use it to pull a trailer in parades for the kids cub scouts, have fun with in the field mowin the ditches around my field (just bought a farm 2 months ago) and somthin to take to some shows and restore. i realy want both but can only get 1 right now..................what to get?
