Trent: Your going to find the H as is the case with most pre 1963 Farmalls, will be too high sped in 1st gear for ideal roto tiller performance. Most other American built row crop tractors will be the same. I'm not saying you can't do it, just that you will not be as happy as you would be with some of the more modern tractors with dual range transmissions and live pto.
