Have you been fixing it or someone else? The oil is coming from the o-ring in the part of the valve that has the detent balls. There is a small 1 1/4" shaft that goes in this housing that contains the steel balls. To get to this o-ring you have to unscrew this housing out of the back of the machined spool and pry out a inverted cap in the end that the threads are. The o-ring and a white backup washer is in the hole. When you take the valve apart the balls will drop on the floor. (If you have'nt had it apart yet.) Hope this helps. Good Luck. (NE 21-Iowa St 7)
