Randy...I would assume the air cleaner on an H is not all that different from a Super M, which I have, so I'll tell you what I did. (It was one of the first things I did after getting the tractor home.) I removed the entire cleaner from the tractor, separated the oil cup from it, and looked down the tube. The walls were lined with greasy dirt--not real thick but you could see and feel it. I scraped out what I could reach and washed out the rest with multiple baths of kerosene. It cleaned up very well, I think. You probably have the same stuff inside yours. David
