That model number jogged my memory a bit, drove a few of those old rigs. Might your truck be from the 1950's? A 230 has to be the biggest, 220 was the biggest I drove. If I remember right,the "F" designates tandem drive, the "D" indicates diesel. They also had the "R" line- 6 cyl gas, and "V" line- V8 gas.
Of course, I could be a bit off, memory getting old.
