I would try a couple quick checks before getting inside the mag. Since you say its a mag ignition, you should have a ground out switch that is connected by a wire to the side of the magneto by a small nut. Take this nut off and remove the wire from the mag. Now you know for sure that the mag isnt grounded by a bad wire or faulty switch. Now pull the primamry wire off from the center of the distributor cap (the one coming from the magneto cap) and hold it about 1/4 inch from the side of the grounded engine block. Try turning the tractor over now (you may need a helper to hit the starter button). If you have spark you know that the magneto is ok inside and the issue is either with the kill switch circuit or somewhere from the dist cap to the plugs... If you dont have a spark, you will have to open up the mag to check some things. Bewteen the link Bob gave you, and help from people on here, we can walk you thru it. MagMan rebuilds H4 mags if you need to go that route as well...
