Ditto on Pheasants Forever. You might also check with the local Soil and Water Conservation District. We also have a County Forest preserve that loans out their no-till drill. As for size, most of the drills in our area are 15 ft or larger and take at least 150HP to pull them. The PF chapter drill is a 6 footer and they pull it with a 5300 DEERE, they will also provide the tractor and seed if you aren't picky about what they plant.
