IHC 10-20 value

My neighbor called me and said he found a 10-20 that used to be in his family. I know of the tractor and it has sat outside for at least 30 years. He was wondering what it might be worth and what to offer on it. I do not know of the specific condition but it you know what a tractor is like if it has been in the weeds for that long. Any guidance would be appreciated.
