Terry: It will not bolt right up, as the casting that bolts to tractor has a different bolt pattern. You could probably have that section fabricated, however that 340 front end is quite light to be spending much money on. I think I'd do some more looking for an H, SH, 300, 350 or 460 front end. they will all bolt right up except for the stabilizer back on frame rails and that is quite an easy modification. Most of those will be the same, probably 460 is only one different.
