Mornin Wayno, All good advice from the others but I did something a little different. Instead of a .002 pressfit on that front pulley. When I got it off, I used a flap wheel in the lathe to open up the bore to make the reinstall just a light tap fit and I used two setscrews on top of the woodruff key to keep the pulley from moving. The nice thing about doing this is you can slightly reposition the pulley so the seal is not riding on the worn diameter and will not leak. Some people use the speedy sleeve but this way you dont have to . Just a suggestion, it worked fine for me, but I have the tools at work to do this since I am a toolmaker by trade. scotty
