I had the same thing when I first hooked mine up. 1. Reverse the drawbar and put it on the front of the drop cases. 2. Remove the two bolts and allow the drawbar to pivot up and down. 3. Mount the plows. 4. I used a chain (There is a flat rod to connect the two but I did not get it when I bought my tractor) to run from the drawbar to the touch control arm that moves when you raise and lower the rear rock shaft. on the right side of the tractor. 5. play with the length of the chain until you get the penetration you want. The points of the plows need to angle down for penetration.
