I posted a few days ago about a calf that I had a lot of drugs in and money and it wasn't doing so well. I went through the bottles of meds I had in the barn and I wasn't sure about shelf life but rather than tie up more money or lose the calf I gave it MICOFIL and OCXYVET that I had on the shelf, went in this morning and the calf is breathing quietly and naturaly, no sign of fever and the nose is warm, this has been a three week run and over $150 in drugs, I was so frustrated with that calf and it appears my gamble is paying off...still won't make a darned cent off that little heifer, but I've only lost two calves in 7 years, I like to keep my record in the "Lived" column......Mike in Exeter Ontario
