It should be very close. The 200 replaced the Super C, the 230 replaced the 200, the 240 replaced the 230, and the 404 replaced the 240. I beleive there may have been a change to the pattern of the bolts holes in the side of the clutch housing from the 240 to the 404, but other than that, I would think it will bolt right up.
