I was just wondering if there was any place that you could write or call to find out the history of your Farmall tractor given the serial #. I realize that Farmall and IHC are no longer companies, but did Case, Tenneco, New Holland, or whoever the heck owns the red tractors now save and make this information available? Of course you can get this valuable information from Deere, but I would also like to know things about my Farmall. For instance, I have an early H which was my greatgrandfathers, How would I ever know if this tractor was shipped on steel or had factory electricity or any other detail such as these? Unfortunately , he owned it before my Grandparents were married so my Grandfather doesnt know any of this. I am going to restore it and want to put back in original condition. Please, if you have any information, post a reply or e-mail me.
