M with 13.6 X 38 tires and 11 inch wide rims is about 86 inches outside to outside with wheels dished out. If you turn your wheels around and make outside measurement 83 or little less the fenders will still work. You would only be 3 or 4 inches narrower than wheels dished out and all the way in.
