Need a Steering wheel for a 560!!!!

We broke the steering wheel off the 560 yesterday. Some seem to think it's a handle used to mount and dismount the tractor. Where can I get a new one fast!!?? Any tips for removing the old one? Heat?? Liquid penetrants not working. Any one placed handles on fenders or other useful things for grabbing onto instead of the steering wheel to get on? Butch
