I have just completed the cleaning and painting of my 400. I used over cleaner to clean the whole tractor. The oven cleaner will take everything off including paint. When I completed the cleaning I washed it off several times with soap and water before I painted it..In my opinion I would never use any thing else to clean and paint a tractor.
