I dont know if or when they were made i just bought some at an auction. I pull the NATPA pulling circuit and i have 3/4" allthread through the hubs that extends far inside the tire and those weights can be installed inside the tire on the allthread without removing the wheel, and for those who dont know why you need so many weights, just think of how many weights i put on my 400 to pull the 12,000 pound class but with enough power you can just keep throwing weights on a tractor.
