Value of a 1958 IH 240

There is an upcoming auction in my area that has a 1958 IH 240. In the ad the auctioneer notes that the tractor has been setting for a long time but the engine is not locked up. All of the sheet metal is there and appears to be in good shape. My question is what is this tractor worth, and how much does anyone think it will sell for.
