Hydraulic Cylinder Seals

My Model 30 Loader (on my 41 H) started squirting oil out of the breather cap (on the front port of the double acting cylinder) so I assume my seal is shot. It was in the cold, trying to move some snow. I disasembled the cylinder and the seal looks ok to me (a sort of hard plastic up against the ram head). But I guess under pressure it must be worn or cracked. So, now where is the best place to get replacements? I want to do both cylinders. Also, does this assessement sound right? Thanks,
