There are a lot of things to try,but the only thing that worked on my F-20 was krol oil[spelling in doubt}. DON'T TOW IT ,yoyu could bend the crank. Jack a wheel up and rock it back and forth. If this does not work in a week be patient it will take time. The motor is dry sleeved so you should have a good block.
Did you want a tow dolly or a dolly to split the tractor? You got info on the tow.
