Hal, Maybe thats what what those two holes were one on each side of the shaft. I will have to check if those holes are threaded, that will be a relatively easy removal if thats the case. I still have to find out if there is only one type of shaft for that steering wheel. My folks are heading out to see my brother at APG this next week. I'll have to check how much sight seeing they are hoping to take in. I know they want to search for some amish country this Saturday afternoon. Do you have any suggestions of interesting places to visit? Thanks for the replies...Judy is training about six horses now, and giving many lessons to the young and old alike. There are 19 head here now. Thank goodness I converted over to 3x4x8 bales. Butch
