Had a similar thing happen on a B175, it turns out that water had gotten in there while it was parked outside, and the clutch disc had "rusted" to the flywheel. Can't remember exactly how I got 'er loose but I think I wired the pedal all the way down, took off the inspection plate, and pried the disc loose with a big screwdriver or crowbar. Luckily, this hasn't happened again.
