Tim, get two threaded rods at the hardware store the same size as the bolts that hold the pump in. cut them in half and put each half in the bolt holes for the pump. you will need a helper or a floor jack to lift the pump up to the rods. you then put a flat washer and nut on the rods. Turn each nut in turn a few times to raise the pump until the drive shaft is just below the counter shaft, a ratcheting wrench works great. Install the coupler in the pump and turn it so the key on the counter shaft side is aligned straight up and down, the pump side key will be running side to side. (make sure the counter shaft keyway is lined up to accept the coupler before you start) Finish tightening the nuts until the pump is all the way up. The coupler will now be held in place and should be aligned. Jamb a couple of nuts together at the bottom of the rods and one at a time replace them with the bolts, reconnect the plumbing and you should be good.
