H Steering U - Joint

I am rebuilding the steering on a '45 H and ran into an odd u - joint on the shaft. So far the ones I've worked on have a typical u-joint, but this one appears(have not taken it apart yet) to have replaceable bushings. Unit has 4 bolts/nuts that hold the bushings and joint together as opposed to the joints that press in like the ones in an automotive driveshaft or a pto. Case/IH site shows them as unavaliable. Should I have bushings made or can I replace it with the automotive type ? Thanks for any info !
