I'd say your SOL. I've tried to repair them before and even got the stem type patch and ya it worked for a week or 2 but it didn't hold up long. Even when I worked in the tire shops they always replaced the tube instead of tring to use the stem type patch. The boss said for what it cost to put one on and the fact the guy would be back in a week or 2 it just wasn't worth doing
