If you want you can take out the coupler going to the tranny and use a flywheel off a auto tranny engine as they are flat fasten it to the shaft and then make a bracket for the starter add a batt then no more cranking. A fellow told me it aint original buut i wont have any broken bones either just will have to charge batt once in a while but a charged batt would start many many times between charging.
