There are several types and brands to get just make sure when you get one that it is either for one way or for two way. Another thing is have it spring loaded so as to return to neutral and also have the holding feature so when cycl gets to the end of travel it will return to neutral. This feature is sometimes called hold. Any good hy shop should be able to get the correct one for you. The hold feature is nice as when you want to raise the loader you dont have to hold lever while raising can free up your hand for a little.
