F20 serial #

I recently purchased two F20's. I was told they were 1932 (FA 12479 ) and a 1938 (FA 112862)Is this correct? The 38 runs great needs paint and the 32, engine is off, overhauled, painted,just needs oil pan gasket. New radiator, all new tires, painted except back side of axle. Its Red. Should it be grey?
